I’m Jingying Eric Jiang, a designer, researcher, and creative technologist passionate about human-centered design and emerging technologies. I embrace pausing, reflecting, and changing as a way to pursue meaning and passion in my work and life. Starting with an Economics background, I transitioned into new media arts and interaction design during my years in NYC. Seeking deeper self-identity, I spent time in the mountains of Yunnan, reshaping my creative philosophy. Now, based in Shanghai, I design and build interactive systems at the intersection of human-centered design, generative AI, and tangible interfaces, creating meaningful and reflective experiences. I strive to uncover the meaning behind emerging technologies and use design to capture and amplify human values, crafting works that inspire connection, reflection, and societal impact.
