Love Circuit

Interactive Sound With Human Conductivity

Love Circuit was an interactive installation designed to foster connections between strangers and explore how technology can create meaningful social interactions in public spaces. Positioned in Washington Square Park, the installation featured a heart-shaped LED display activated when two strangers held hands to complete a circuit, triggering pre-loaded sounds. By turning a technological mechanism into a shared human experience, the project investigated how technology can bridge social gaps and encourage reflection on human connection, aligning with broader research goals of designing technology that fosters engagement and emotional connection.
